What we offer
From weekly community classes to workshops with visiting Chinese Health Qigong Association professors — there is a path for every practitioner.
Regular Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong sessions across New Plymouth, Ōakura, Bell Block, Inglewood and Stratford. Beginners welcome — the first class is free.

Practice of the form, with its slow, relaxed movements develops flexibility and strength of the joints and muscles. Balance and concentration are improved, while releasing physical and mental tension.
