World Health Qigong Day 2022

All welcome to participate in this public Qigong demonstration, 10am – 11am.

Beginning in New Zealand, at 10:00 am local time, a global relay of Health Qigong practice begins, to celebrate this beneficial practice.

No previous experience required.
